Soft Skills

This is a basic course on Spoken English, designed to help people who have recently joined the workforce.  The course follows a structured approach.  The focus of the course is on developing practical skills with an emphasis on conversational English, Workplace Communication, and vocabulary related to the workplace.

The course consists of a series of modules which include interactive learning methods like:

• Role plays and simulation
• Group discussions and debates
• Peer learning
• Real-life exposure

The course encourages regular (daily) practice with regular assessment and feedback.
